HOLIDAY DEADLINE Reminder for current 2009 Clients

To my current 2009 clients, here is the content of my current newsletter in case you missed it!

A reminder that:

*All ALBUMS, BOOKS, and specialty products excluding Holiday Cards must be submitted by
OCTOBER 1st, 2009
for HOLIDAY DELIVERY.

*All ORDERS, including Holiday Cards, must be submitted by
NOVEMBER 1st, 2009
for HOLIDAY DELIVERY.

October 1st is TOMORROW.
If this deadline has caught you by surprise, and you are interested in an Album and/or specialty products such as Folios for Holiday giving, please let me know your intention to order by tomorrow.

TURNAROUND TIMES

I want to mention that all orders, regardless of size, are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

We have had a large influx of orders since September 1st, and are a bit behind schedule in processing, as we are a small, two person operation here, with my assistant in charge of the majority of the retouching.

Because of this, ALL orders placed after October 1st are within our holiday window, and not guaranteed until December 20th.

We likely will have them done before then, and will get them to you as soon as we can, but this window allows us to be able to work more efficiently to process everyone’s orders in the most timely manner possible.

With that said, we encourage everyone to get their orders in promptly for holiday giving since we do process in the order received.

If you have not ordered yet from your summer session and are planning to, I would ask that you please do so as soon as you are able so we will have a good sense of what we need to accomplish during the next two months to get all orders finished prior to Holiday Break.

Orders placed AFTER the NOV. 1st DEADLINE

Any orders placed AFTER the November 1st HOLIDAY DEADLINE will NOT be looked at or processed until AFTER the Holiday Break.

The STUDIO will be closed for HOLIDAY BREAK from Monday December 21st through Sunday January 11, 2010.

These orders will be under our four week turnaround window BEGINNING January 12th.

Therefore, anything you would like to order to have prior to February 12th, 2010 MUST be ordered PRIOR to November 1st, 2009.

Please keep this in mind when considering placing your orders!
